We’re looking for a proactive and service-minded Junior CS Assistant to join our team in Helsinki! This is a part-time job with flexible hours, ideal for students or anyone looking to gain valuable work experience.
In this role, you’ll assist with customer support, light technical tasks, and general office duties—all while being part of an exciting and innovative company.
Work mode: Hybrid, Part time, 10-20h / week Salary: 12 - 15€ / h
What You’ll Do:
- Help customers with simple support tasks like resetting passwords, customer data updates, user data management and solving login problems
- Forward customer inquiries to the right team members
- Assist with basic office duties and event organisation
- Support the team with ad-hoc tasks when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive and helpful attitude
- Good communication skills (English and Finnish are a must, Swedish is a plus!)
- Basic computer skills – we’ll teach you the rest!
- Interest in learning about customer support and office work
